Have you ever worked for a brokerage where the broker and owners were actively selling real estate? That's really a lot of responsibilities to juggle, in our opinion. Here at RE/MAX Beach Towne, the owners (Jeff and Amy) do not pursue listing or buyer business. We are 100% focused on hiring the best agents, helping our agents boost their income and growing our brokerage.

Brokers have to make a very tough decision at some point in the evolution of every brokerage. The question is: am I an agent and broker, or am I a broker/owner? Is my business selling real estate or taking care of my agents? Am I going to make money from commission checks or by creating a successful brokerage filled with agents who get commission checks? We decided from Day1that we were more interested in creating a great brokerage. We are 100% focused on making RE/MAX Beach Towne grow.

That is a great benefit to our agents, and we honestly believe it is the only fair way to run our business. There are brokers in this area that list and sell real estate full time. Some sell over $10 million a year!

We have set up our brokerage so that buyer and seller leads go to our agents.  We only work with previous clients, referrals and occasional clients who insist on only working with the broker.  Our focus is on the success of our agents.

We are here to help

We are here for you, literally. Every weekday we are in the office by 8:30, we typically head home for the day at around 5:30. We run the office ourselves so that you always have someone here to give advice, teach you new skills or just help you work on a new marketing plan.

We don't really take vacations, we don't own a second home in the Bahamas or Hawaii and we don't leave importantagent support duties to hourly employees. You are too important.

The more successful each RE/MAX Beach Towne agent is individually, the more profitable the brokerage will be. When you win, we win.
