At RE/MAX Beach Towne we run a different kind of brokerage. We are looking for productive and professional team players. We do not recruit part-time agents or hobbyists. We recruit only one outstanding real estate newcomer per year. We feel that success breeds success, and that friendly competition among friendly successful agents creates a winning team spirit.
That is why our office is unique. We don’t take newbies off the street. We don’t recruit from the real estate schools. We don’t have half a dozen semi-retired folks reading the newspaper and drinking coffee all day. We don’t allow rude, unethical or arrogant people to join us. Just nice, hard working and friendly folks who want to sell some real estate, have some fun and create a great business for themselves.
